Kalamazoo and Owosso Speedway

Had a bit of a rollercoaster weekend with the United States Speed Association double header at Kalamazoo and Owosso Speedway.

Friday night at Kzoo, I was running top 10 out of 14 cars in the feature until the car started pushing late in the race and I didn’t drive my best. Ended up P12 and broke my streak of consecutive top 10s this season.

Saturday at Owosso felt a lot better. Finished P4 in my heat and had the 3rd fastest time overall in both heats. Started 8th out of 15 in the feature, made my way up to 6th, but fell back to P8 with two laps to go.
